Site management at scale
I rebuilt how AudioEye's largest customers navigate and manage their sites. Now, the Sites page is easier to reach, and its layout is a full table, with sorting, filtering, and actionable statuses. I also introduced a UI for creating and managing site groups.

Background
AudioEye is a digital accessibility company that helps businesses make their sites and apps usable for people with disabilities and compliant with standards such as WCAG. It can automatically detect and fix issues in real time, but also offers expert-written fixes and reviews for more complex violations.
Problem
The legacy experience for navigating and managing sites confused customers, and our largest accounts, those managing the most sites, were hit hardest. When maintaining multiple sites is a struggle, customer confidence drops, and they're less likely to add more.
Sites can be selected in bulk and assigned to groups. Groups let customers organize their sites, view performance across all sites in a group, and control user permissions.
Groups are created and managed through a dialog on the Sites page. It's essential to the customers' mental model that groups and sites are closely paired in the UI.
Subscriptions and installations are vital to the bottom line, so customers can act on them directly instead of just reading static labels.
Impact
- Welcomed by major reseller partners, who manage tens of thousands of sites across their accounts.
- Equipped our Director of Partnerships and 15 Account Managers to better meet customer needs.
- The first AI agent-coded project shipped by a non-engineer at AudioEye (me), demonstrating a new way of working that frees engineers for higher-complexity work.
Customization as a retention lever
I put brand control in the hands of AudioEye's largest accounts with a UI that shows them how visitors experience the widget on their sites, and intuitive editing pages that let them tweak visual attributes while we enforce accessibility compliance.

Background
The Accessibility Help Desk is a widget AudioEye customers embed on their sites, giving visitors on-demand controls to adjust text size, contrast, spacing, and more. Living on the customer's own site, it's a visible extension of their brand.
Problem
Our widget didn't meet the expectations of major customers. It couldn't be customized to reflect their brand, and the previous page for changing it was limited and unintuitive. This turned a fixable gap into a recurring complaint our account managers had to field.
Customers can recolor their launcher icon (the button that opens the widget), with every choice checked against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
A visual site preview lets customers place their launcher icon by clicking where it should appear.
Customers can change the colors and dark/light theme of their widget, which now handles a wide range of brand colors.
The "Help Desk appearance" page also lets customers preview their widget at full scale.
Impact
- Fulfilled a long-standing request from major accounts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in combined ARR.
- Strengthened Product's relationship with Account Management by visibly acting on the customer feedback they surface.
- Brought brand control to a widget live on hundreds of thousands of sites worldwide.
Turning prospects into active customers
I closed the gap between interest and installation in the self-serve marketplace. Now, the pre-installation dashboard clearly shows which issues AudioEye can fix, and a streamlined installation flow helps prospects follow through.

Background
The self-serve marketplace is AudioEye's high-volume channel for small and medium-sized businesses; we intended for prospects to scan their site, then move through trial and installation independently. Installing enables automated fixes on a site.
Problem
A segment of prospects couldn't see how installing AudioEye would improve their site, leaving the value unclear. The installation process then added friction, making it even harder to follow through. Prospects came to depend on Account Managers to install and convert.
With the self-serve marketplace converting trials at just 3.2%, this gap was costing AudioEye roughly $100K in potential revenue each quarter.
The first card makes the value obvious: what AudioEye can fix automatically the moment a prospect installs, and how coverage expands across their entire site.
A row of cards splits issues into three fix types, so prospects see at a glance what's automated, what needs an expert, and what's on them.
A bar chart surfaces issue severity, making the scale of the problem and the value of fixing it tangible.
A progress bar compares the site's current protection to AudioEye's full potential, giving prospects a clear next step.
The installation flow collapses from three screens to one, putting the code snippet customers need up front instead of behind setup.
Impact
- Seeing the pre-installation dashboard correlated positively with installing and converting to a paid subscription.
- Prospects who reached the redesigned dashboard installed at 24% and converted to paid at 12%, compared with 3% and 0% for those whose scan was blocked.
- Reduced the need for Account Manager involvement, letting the self-serve channel run as intended and freeing their time for higher-touch accounts.
